Dr. John Piper MD, FAANS

Dr. Piper is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Medicine and completed his neurosurgical training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. He is in practice with the Iowa Clinic in Des Moines, Iowa. He was the William H. Sweet Young Investigator Award winner in 1996 and he has been a faculty member for the AANS Managing Coding & Reimbursement Challenges in Neurosurgery course since 1998. Dr. Piper specializes in general neurosurgery with an interest in spine.
