Alice Edwards PA-C

Alice Edwards, MSPA-C, currently holds titles of Assistant Professor at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Director of Practice of Operations for Department of Neurosurgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and RWJBarnabas Health. Alice earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine. She is passionate about PAs role in academics, improving quality and access of care. She was appointed President of the Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants (ANSPA), July 2019-2021. Since 2016, she has acted as Co-Director of AANS Advanced Practice Provider Course, served as a Co-Chair for APP Subcommittee and currently acts as liaison to the Scientific Program Committee. She has worked as a PA for 14 years in neurosurgery and continues clinical practice in inpatient and outpatient settings.
