Dr. McDowell is a chief resident at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has subspecialty training in endoscopic skull base approaches and is pursuing a pediatric neurosurgery fellowship in the coming academic year. He has interests in minimally and non-invasive diagnostic and surgical techniques in children.
