Pious Patel is a fourth year medical student at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. His research interests include the intersection of neurosurgery with predictive modeling, genomics and socioeconomic disparities. It is his hope that data-driven advocacy efforts can reduce disparities in treatments and outcomes for neurosurgical patients.
