Aaron Michael Yengo-Kahn, MD
Dr. Yengo-Kahn, MD is a fifth year resident in neurological surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. His main research interests include sport-related concussion, specifically novel diagnostic methods, outcomes prediction and cost-benefit considerations in concussion care. During his residency elective time, he has served as the co-director for research at the Vanderbilt Sport Concussion Center. His additional research interests include various topics in pediatric neurosurgery, adult neurotrauma and systems-of-care. He also is committed to medical student and resident education through serving as a medical student clinical skills evaluator, developing and coordinating resident anatomy sessions and mentoring medical students in clinical outcomes research and neurosurgery. He is planning to pursue fellowship training in pediatric neurosurgery.
