Jignesh Kishor Tailor, MD, PhD

Dr. Tailor is currently the Fellow in Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. He is a surgeon-scientist with research interests in human neural stem cells and the origin of brain tumors. He graduated from Oxford University Medical School and completed his PhD in stem cell biology at Cambridge University. During his neurosurgery training in London, he received a highly competitive Wellcome Trust Post-Doctoral Award that allowed him to complete neurosurgery training at the University of Toronto, while completing an in-folded post-doctoral research fellowship at Sickkids, Toronto.
