Laura E. Prado DNP, NP

Laura Ellen Prado received her BSN, MSN and DNP at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Additionally, she has a BS in Psychology from Wittenberg University. As a NP, she spent 20 years with Regis Haid, MD, a spine neurosurgeon in an academic and private practice setting. She worked in the clinic, hospital setting and first assisted in the OR. Currently she works in neurocritical care as an APP while continuing to work in a prn capacity in neurosurgery. She is on the AANS educational committee and is APP educational subcommittee chair. She lives in Atlanta, GA and loves to travel with her husband and spending time with her horse, Hope.
