Robin Saiki DNP, ACNP-BC

Robin Saiki graduated from Rush University, College of Nursing in 1996. After graduation, she worked in the field of critical care for several years. She then attended the University of California, San Francisco and graduated in 2000 with her MSN. She has worked in the fields of stroke neurology and neurosurgery since becoming an Acute Care NP and has been in practice for the last 20 years.

She graduated from University of Alabama, Birmingham in 2014 with her DNP. Her doctoral project focused on MRI differences between patients treated with kinase inhibitors versus standard chemotherapy in the setting of carcinomatous meningitis from malignant melanoma.

She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at University of Colorado and at Regis University, Loretto Heights School of Nursing, where she teaches in the FNP program. Since 2019, she has served as co-director of the AANS Cranial to Spine APP course.

Her academic time is focused on Quality Improvement projects in her department and education/mentoring of APPs.
