
Sarah Wall MSN, MBA, APRN, AG/ACNP-BC
Course Planner, Director of Advanced Practice, UTH Neurosciences
Sarah was born in Ireland and immigrated to the United States with her mother at the age of four, growing up in the Bronx, New York. After high school, she served in the United States Marine Corps, where she earned several medals, including the Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal for outstanding service. After leaving the military, Sarah pursued a nursing degree and worked as an emergency department nurse while completing her master’s in nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2012.
In 2012, Sarah joined the UTH Neurosciences team, where she is currently the Director of Advanced Practice and Nursing Services. Her background is in neurocritical care, but she now has a team composed of some of the best and brightest neurosurgery, neurocritical care, neurology, neuro-oncology, and radiation oncology nurse practitioners. Her focus is on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) group. She takes great pride in the team they have built and looks forward to their future achievements.
In 2022, Sarah earned an MBA from Texas A&M to gain a deeper understanding of the business aspects of healthcare and is currently attending the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHouston) to obtain her doctoral degree.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and playing golf.
